New Mossie + Mac Dre & E-40

Throw it Up!

I've actually been sittin on this one for a while, but it came to my attention that a lot of people haven't got a hold of this song yet. But anyways, the Mossie who is a part of the whole
Sic Wid It family, and if my sources are correct I believe the album should be droppin either tomorrow or next tuesday. The album will be called Soil Savy and it seems like its gonna be a cool lil album. So here is there new slapper featuring Mistah F.A.B. + another slow song that has been gettin decent rotations on KMEL.

The Mossie feat. Mistah F.A.B.- Throw it Up

The Mossie- By my side

Let Ya Self Go!

As always im not really to sure about the status of this song or what compilation it came off of, but i ripped it off Sirius Radio and it is definetly worthy of some playtime. I love the way Mac Dre jumps on this track and spits one of his usual verses that make you laugh as you listen to it. E-40 comes real nice as usual, and im not sure who is on the first verse but its sounds like Mugzi from the Mossie (please correct me cuz im probably wrong).

Mac Dre feat. E-40- Let Ya Self Go

Hey I wanna thank ya'll for the hits I've been getting so far, hope this has been helpful with getting people songs that they need. Ima try and keep it updated as possible, and if there is a song you guys are lookin for ill do my best to find it. Get at me!

"Get loose, go kangarooin'
actin' the ass like a donkey on mushrooms"

haha ... that's either proof that the bay is running out of metaphors for "going stupid", or the creativity there is just off the charts. Whatever the case, that is a dope song.

And thanks for the heads up on the new Mossie album ... that song "go ignant" was one of my favorite songs of last year, and I've been fiendin' for a full length ever since (is their first album hot?). Most Sic Wid It releases find their way over here to the midwest, so I'll be on the lookout to cop that.

Also, does Sirius play bay area rap on a regular basis? I obviously don't get KMEL over here, and I'd love to hear some bay shit on the radio.

Anyways, once again, thanks for doin' this man ... with bay area rap getting more exposure, I'm able to buy alot more of this stuff at the stores around here, but alot of it still doesn't even make a blip on our radar, so thanks for keeping me (and everyone else) hooked up. Peace.

Hey mornview, Sirius Channel 40 plays a session called "Bomb Bay Radio" by DJ E-Rock every Saturday night @ 11PM PST. The show is then re-played on www.95live.com (you can listen through it through iTunes Radio or Winamp Radio). DJ J-Spin of 95live.com also plays bay area music too. Check the website for the complete schedule. Their shows are real good and always plays good and/new bay joints. You can also download most of DJ E-Rock's shows at Westcoastrydaz's Podcast section. Enjoy!

Oh, and for buying Bay albums, check out RapBay.com, they usually carry every possible bay area album you can think of! haha

Thanks a million for those links j.soong! Just wish I'd known about those earlier ...

I might have to see if Sirius has any other good broadcasts; I might have to get that (I always figured they only played mainstream shit). In the meantime I'ma check those podcasts, though ...
